We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators with a background in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing to join our clients in Melbourne's South East; Clayton South and Dandenong South The role responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, following GMP and SOP guidelines. Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and maintain product flow through to packing. Ensure product quality meets specifications and complete related documentation Collaborate with teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Materials Handling Maintain equipment cleanliness and adhere to production plans About You: Minimum 6 months experience as a Machine Operator in food or pharmaceutical settings Skilled in operating Flowwrappers, Lead Cartoners, and Propac machines Knowledge of HACCP and quality standards Strong English literacy and computer skills A team player with good communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset Quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive Full working rights in Australia Why Join Us?
