Chief Executive Officer – Palliative Care Tasmania Palliative Care Tasmania (PCT) is seeking an experienced and values-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next stage of growth and sector impact. As the peak body for palliative and end-of-life care in Tasmania, PCT is a trusted voice and essential connector across health services, community organisations, government, and families. The CEO will work closely with the Board to deliver on PCT’s strategic priorities, deepen partnerships, and ensure that every Tasmanian can access quality care at the end of life. This is a rare opportunity to influence statewide systems change while supporting a small, committed team working across education, policy, and public awareness. The role involves strategic and operational leadership, with a strong emphasis on government and community sector engagement. The CEO will lead advocacy efforts, shape sector development, and contribute to business growth through funding diversification. Supporting team wellbeing and performance is a central priority. This full-time position is based in Hobart with flexibility to travel statewide and nationally. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
