Who You Are You’re adaptable, outgoing and ready to jump in wherever needed: Friendly, reliable and happy to chat with guests from all walks of life Confident in both food and beverage service, with a knack for multitasking Calm and professional in any situation A team player with great communication and a can-do attitude Ready to learn about the local area and share insider tips with travellers Have at least 1 year of experience in similar roles, RSA and RSG What You’ll Be Doing Your role covers a dynamic mix of front-of-house, guest service, and venue operations: Serving and selling beverages—from cold beers to hot coffees Taking food orders and delivering meals Clearing used dishes, glassware and keeping dining areas tidy Providing gaming services across Keno and pokies Explaining and enforcing safety regulations to ensure a secure, relaxed environment Supervising or coordinating hotel and caravan park staff as needed Creating a welcoming vibe that keeps locals coming back and tourists raving
