Kerman Contracting is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our head office team. This role will see you coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects and participat e in planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinatin g Non-Process Infrastructure projects. Our Benefits on Offer: Permanent fulltime opportunity Attractive annual profit share scheme Salary sacrifice on Superannuation Be a part of a leading contractor within the industry Your Roles, Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with preparing designs, drawings, plans, specifications, schedules and reports for projects, engineered systems, technical equipment or components. Work with other disciplines to provide compliance with the contract requirements . Review drawings to ensure compliance with clients specifications and proactively address design issues. C ollaborate with clients, suppliers, consultants and contractors to resolve technical queries . Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure activities are streamlined and ke pt to schedule . Assist with estimating , scoping and preparing variation quotations. Prepare project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Perform other organisational duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements. Take responsibility for your safety, uphold the Company WHSE policies and participate in Company WHSE initiatives. About you: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 3 years’ experience in the construction industry 2 years’ experience on Non-Process Infrastructure project(s) Experience with construction methods for roadways, drainage, concrete structures and steel-framed buildings , familiar with AS3600 and AS4100 Competent in the use of Microsoft applications AutoCAD or familiarity with various drawing software would be an advantage Experience working on multiple discipline projects Registered engineer or technician is preferred About us Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd (Kerman) is a successful West Australian company specialising in designing and constructing major industrial projects associated with Australia's Mining and agricultural sectors.
