The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Administration Assistant to join our team at the Thornton facility on a casual basis. Reporting to the QA/Office Manager, this role provides broad administrative support across the business and plays a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly. It’s ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and looking to gain exposure across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and take minutes Answer and direct phone calls professionally Perform general admin duties – filing, scanning, mail, document preparation Maintain electronic and hard copy job files and registers Assist with internal audits and document control Track employee licences and certificates Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings Support QA, Safety, Admin, and other departments as needed Maintain a clean, organised office environment Follow WHS procedures and report hazards Use resources efficiently and support environmental initiatives Participate in training and continuous improvement activities About You You will ideally have: Higher School Certificate and/or Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Sound computer skills and confidence in the Microsoft Office suite Great interpersonal and customer service abilities Attention to detail and initiative The ability to work independently and under pressure Flexibility to support various departments and adapt to changing needs Why Join Us?
