The Client Our client is a well established, family owned organisation that is a leading furniture solution provider delivering product and related logistics to the contract furniture market across Australia and overseas. Due to major projects coming up they are seeking to employ a Full Time Team Leader / Senior PM in their Head office in South East Melbourne. This role is a leadership position, whilst also managing key projects and key clients. The Role You will be instrumental in overseeing high impact projects whilst leading and supporting a team of project managers. The role combines strategic project execution with team leadership, ensuring all projects meet deadlines, quality standards and budgetary requirements. You will be responsible for assigning projects, setting team KPI's and providing ongoing support to ensure the team delivers exceptional results aligned with company objectives. Skills Required We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the following skills; Bach degree in project management, business or a related field. 8 years project management experience in the commercial furniture / fit out industry in Australia. Min 3 years experience in a senior project management or leadership role. Strong track record of managing teams and setting performance metrics. Superb communication, presentation and client relationship building skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong team player who is able to work with internal & external departments to rectify problems when they arise. Previous experience managing and delivering hospitality fit out projects an advantage. The Package The starting salary package is between $180-200K Super Car Allow, depending on experience.
