Position Description: Manage the coordination of all functions and events from enquiry to execution Liaise with clients to plan event details, run sheets, and requirements Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery Prepare proposals, quotes, and post-event reports Maintain client relationships and drive repeat business Manage bookings, calendar, and internal communications around events Ensure all events run to budget, compliance, and quality expectations Position Requirements: Proven experience in events, functions, or hospitality coordination Strong organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure Proficient with Microsoft Office and event/venue management systems Friendly, professional, and solutions-focused approach Current RSA essential Availability to work some weekends and evenings when required Functions Coordinator - $80 - 100K, 38 hrs/week.
