The School Counsellor Team Leader provides professional leadership and supervision to a team of School Counsellors who are supporting schools in improving the wellbeing and safety of students through evidence-based interventions. The School Counsellor Team Leader develops a culture of practice excellence through ongoing quality improvement activities and carries a small caseload when required.
