About the Role: This is a hybrid position that combines on-site installation and servicing of accessibility lifts with in-house fabrication in the workshop. Based in Marrickville (Inner West Sydney), the role offers a mix of practical fieldwork and hands-on manufacturing in a well-equipped factory environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of stair lifts, home elevators, and wheelchair platform lifts Conduct routine and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on installed units Fabricate and modify lift components using cutting, welding, and fitting techniques in the workshop Read and interpret technical drawings and installation schematics accurately Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with Australian Standards Work both independently and collaboratively with team members and supervisors Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction Ensure proper documentation of service and installation activities About You: We're seeking a hands-on technician with a strong mechanical or fabrication background who excels in a diverse role.
