The Role We are seeking a skilled Machinery Operator to join a hardworking team in Smithton, Tasmania and become part of a dynamic team this season. What You'll Do: In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of agricultural machinery including tractors, round balers, mowers, bale wrappers, and air seeders. Successful candidates will be expected to perform daily pre- start checks, conduct basic maintenance, and maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness on site. Your day-to-day duties will include: Operate and maintain a variety of agricultural machinery Perform daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance Comply with all site safety policies and procedures Monitor equipment performance and report any faults or concerns Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Eligible for visa extensions.
