Your role will be hands-on, strategic, and commercially focused — with plenty of scope to shape the performance and experience of each centre. Lead and mentor a small team across operations, finance and administration Deliver annual business plans, budgets and client reporting Drive lease compliance, arrears management and tenant engagement Oversee casual leasing strategy and maximise third-line income Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and compliance across all sites Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including landlords, tenants and contractors your advantage The following skills and experience are highly advantageous: Experience in shopping centre or retail property management Ready to step up into a centre management role from an Administration Management, Retail Management or Retail Property Manager positions. Ready to step up into a Portfolio Centre Management role from a single-site asset role.
