Administration Assistant – Corporate Services Temp with a view to perm | up to $37.00ph - $44.00ph |Southport The Recruitment People are partnering with a well-respected, professional, purpose-driven organisation and team who are looking to fill a new role of Administration Assistant for their fast-paced and high-performing Corporate Services team. This is a temporary role with a view to permanent for the right person. It’s ideal for a switched-on, resourceful administrator who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role will see you assisting with a wide range of office functions, from ensuring meeting rooms are visitor-ready (VIP's and senior stakeholders), to managing office supplies, coordinating / administroring events, and maintaining business documents like org charts – you’ll be across it all. This is not a reception role, but it does require someone who takes pride in presentation, is proactive, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to help wherever needed. You’ll also provide backup support to the Executive Assistant when they are on leave so a high skill level in administration is required. (Office based role. Monday - Friday 7.30am -4pm / 8.30-5pm flexible) Key responsibilities include: General administration and coordination across teams Facilities coordination – keeping shared spaces clean, functional, and professional Meeting and event organisation – room setup, catering, equipment Procurement, mail management, and onboarding packs Document management and updates (e.g. org charts, data entry, updating CRM) Calendar and travel support for the CEO (during EA leave cover) Using Monday.com, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office confidently Other admin duties required of you What We’re Looking For Strong administration experience in a busy team environment Proven track record working in a busy office environment Tech savvy – confident using SharePoint, Microsoft Office and Monday.com (CRM usage is a must) Highly organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented A practical, solutions-focused attitude – no task too big or small Team player who thrives in change and doesn’t need babysitting Someone grounded, reliable, and not afraid to take ownership This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a corporate environment, and loves being the person who keeps everything running in the background.
