We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join a high-performing team in Brisbane and play a key role in the continued growth of a thriving residential property agency. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the Business Development Manager to generate and convert new business opportunities Assisting with prospecting, lead management, and property appraisals Managing warm inbound leads and building rapport with landlords Coordinating marketing campaigns and outreach strategies Maintaining accurate CRM records and client communications Attending inspections and open homes as required What we’re looking for: A people-person with strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous real estate experience (preferred but not essential) A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and growing Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (or willingness to obtain) A valid driver’s licence and reliable car Why join this team?
