This is a rare opportunity to lead a cohesive, high-functioning theatre team in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment— with no weekends or after-hours work required. As the Perioperative Services Manager, you will oversee all aspects of surgical services, including Operating Theatres, Anaesthetics, PACU, Pre-admission, and CSSD . You will work closely with medical staff, department leaders, and executive management to ensure smooth clinical operations, high patient satisfaction, and exceptional care delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across the entire perioperative service Lead and inspire a strong, supportive multidisciplinary surgical team Manage theatre scheduling, staff resources, equipment, and budgets Foster a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement Support workforce planning, development, and retention strategies Liaise with surgeons, anaesthetists, and clinical stakeholders to optimise theatre flow Drive accreditation, compliance, and clinical governance initiatives WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
