We’re on the lookout for a Retail Manager Extraordinaire to lead the retail operations of a renowned eco-tourism experience in the heart of the rainforest. From curating unique product ranges and managing high-volume inventory, to leading a team of 25 staff across vibrant gift shops and a café. Responsibilities Leading and inspiring a large and passionate team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. Running the show across two bustling gift shops, a café and a busy warehouse. Driving sales and profitability through clever buying, smart merchandising and brilliant service. Bringing brand stories to life with creativity and attention to detail. Developing stock strategies, writing performance reports and keeping inventory in check. Ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant daily operations—no two days the same! Skills and Experience Required At least 7 years’ experience in retail management (tourism or hospitality experience a plus!). A hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitude with outstanding people and team-building skills. A keen eye for product, presentation and what makes customers smile. Solid understanding of financial and inventory management. A love for nature, storytelling, and exceptional guest service.
