About the role As a Customer Services Representative at TigerPak you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support, consistently delivering fast, accurate, and on-time solutions to their needs. Whether your handling enquiries, resolving complaints, or processing orders, you will uphold our 'Extreme Customer Service' guarantee at all times. The Role Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone & email. Provide accurate product information and assistance with placing orders. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner through a ticket system. Working with other departments in the business to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Assist with administrative tasks as required. About You To succeed in this role you will have: Previous experience in customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial though not necessary.
