About the role The Coordinator, Inbound Operations is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities for all inbound inquiries through all channels. You will lead the day-to day operations of the inbound team ensuring the team provides resolution, support and information to students in a timely manner. You will: ensure the team provides first contact resolution, support and information to students at all stages of their education journey; coach and guide Service Centre Officers as part of continuous improvement processes; develop and implement quality control, system and process improvements; and report on and evaluate enquiries and statistics. About you Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service and Contact Centre you will use your exceptional customer service to independently solve problems while leading a small team ensuring all inbound inquiries are responded to promptly and effectively. You will possess: organisational skills, particularly in the coordination of activities across inbound operations; communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships; and computer skills with high proficiency in typing and utilising a CRM database.
