As our Principal Architect, you'll help bring the CTO's strategic vision to life by leading key initiatives within the Strategy & Governance team. You'll be at the forefront of driving change and guiding transformation efforts, ensuring delivery teams stay aligned with business goals. Your work will play a key role in connecting technical outcomes with strategic priorities, supporting innovation and scalable growth. What you'll be doing… Define and maintain architecture within the Strategy & Governance team, aligned to strategic goals Lead the delivery of actionable roadmaps to support transformation programs within Strategy & Governance and across Products in our ERP Collaborate across teams to ensure architecture supports and enables business outcomes Take a hands-on role in Proof of Concept (POC) work, mentoring, and innovation-driven design Contribute to the execution of the CTO's strategy through Share knowledge and build internal capability to drive adoption of Strategy & Governance capabilities through training, enablement, and coaching Support the ongoing development of the architecture practice at TechnologyOne Deep experience in enterprise software development and architecture for SaaS solutions, Technology One experience advantageous Having proven ability to architect, engineer & deliver business reuse framework/software components in an enterprise software environment - ability to orchestrate a business reuse layer that can synthesize and provide such services to be adopted across various products areas.
