Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.au Your New Role As a Senior People Partner supporting the Member Engagement, Education & Advice (MEEA) division, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies that drive performance, culture, and capability. You'll work closely with the Group Executive and Senior Leadership Team to co-create tailored solutions that meet divisional needs and bring Aware Super's Employee Value Proposition to life. You'll lead a cross-functional squad to deliver strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and organisational design to leadership development and cultural transformation. This is a high-impact role where your insights and leadership will directly influence how our people experience working at Aware. Please note, this role has become available due to an internal promotion and is being offered as a 5 month contract In this role, you will: Partner with divisional leaders to develop and implement people plans aligned to business strategy Lead cultural transformation, change management, and organisational design initiatives Forecast workforce costs and talent demands to support strategic growth Deliver strategic advice on employee relations, including complex case management and dispute resolution Drive leadership and team development programs that build capability and engagement Use people data and KPIs to identify opportunities and lead targeted solutions How do you exceed our expectations?
