We are seeking an energetic and hands-on Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead a team of six internal staff based in Canning Vale. Providing specialised products for the mining industry, this privately owned organisation has experienced continual growth and is now seeking a team leader who can focus on customer service excellence and process improvement. Operating Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm in a recently renovated facility, the organisation has excellent staff retention and a highly enjoyable team culture. The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience motivating teams, maintaining daily accountability, and driving a strong customer service standard. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and support the Internal Sales and customer service team • Set daily expectations and hold the team accountable to KPIs and service standards • Drive a high-performance culture with a strong focus on customer satisfaction • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and development • Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer experience Key Requirements: • Proven experience in a team leadership role within sales or customer service • Strong people management skills with a focus on coaching, motivation, and accountability • Practical approach and comfortable stepping in to support the team when needed • Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management abilities • Ability to learn a technical product range • Familiarity with CRM systems and internal quoting/order platforms This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a well-established, growing business.
