This well known freight forwarder located in Botany is seeking a proactive Customer Service expert to deliver exceptional service and support to their clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, coordinating shipments, and supporting the sales team, working closely with internal and overseas teams to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue competitive quotes to clients Coordinate international shipments by liaising with global offices Generate and share order tracking reports with customers Create and distribute tailored import tariffs Support sales team with client and rate information Provide documentation and rate details to the operations team Organise third-party shipments as required Answer enquiries in a timely manner Essential Experience: Previous experience of at least 2 years, in customer service or operations (particularly sea freight), within international freight forwarding Highly experienced using Excel Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities Exceptional attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, we’d love to hear from you—apply now and take the next step in your freight forwarding career.
