About the Role We're looking for a Customer Care Officer with exceptional attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry skills. This role is central to ensuring customer orders are processed swiftly and precisely, enabling smooth production and delivery operations. You'll also support a network of trusted Dealers, assisting with queries, resolving issues, and keeping things running behind the scenes. This is an in-office role, Monday to Friday, with a standard 9-5 schedule (8:30-4:30 available if preferred). Key Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders into the system—often for same-day production Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment Respond to customer queries and manage returns or order changes professionally Maintain clean and accurate data records Identify and troubleshoot issues where needed What You'll Bring Previous experience in admin or customer support roles with a focus on fast, accurate data entry Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, friendly team Ideally, experience in a window furnishings based environment A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to high-quality customer outcomes If this sounds like you and you are seeking a stable role, within an amazing company - where their people are heard and truly matter - Apply now and we will be in touch for a confidential conversation.
