Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent on an 8/6 roster, you will gain real-world engineering experience while contributing to the reliability and performance of our operations. This is your chance to work on-site with cutting-edge tools and techniques, including: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Vibration analysis Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Downtime analysis Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring Key Responsibilities Conduct failure mode and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliability Perform predictive and preventative maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, noise monitoring, and wear debris analysis Develop and refine maintenance procedures, checklists, and standard work instructions Assess new equipment installations, update asset registers, and optimise spare parts inventory Analyse plant downtime data and develop structured maintenance plans Collaborate with technicians, operations teams, and design engineers while staying current with industry best practices About You You're a recent graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to apply your technical knowledge in a practical setting.
