About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Corporate Services Manager/ Administration Manager to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role leads key corporate functions, including finance, risk, business strategy, and project management. You will oversee operational efficiency, support long-term sustainability, and work across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Responsible for carrying out analysis on complex resource management issues and initiatives that concern the organisation, and prepare associated reports, correspondence, and submissions to the management director Provide relevant information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets Direct, manage, and develop the capacity of administrative staff to guarantee smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information Represent the organisation on internal and external matters, including negotiations, conventions, and forums Responsible for overseeing the formulation and implementation of plans, policies, and processes Responsible for conducting commercial activities as required Responsible for coordinating aspects related to hiring commercial and residential facilities, lease management, and rental payments Undertake measures to tone down business risks associated with physical security, real estate matters, and other risk areas concerning the business Carry out an audit and inspection to assess risks associated with the business Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive corporate security policy. Selection Criteria: Essential Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior corporate services or operations role Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams Skills & Attributes Strong financial and analytical skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities High-level understanding of Australian regulatory frameworks Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving Salary: $ 80,000 to $ 95,000 per year We are based in Subiaco, Western Australia, working with a professional and supporting team.
