Your New Role -Operations Specialist We’re looking for a proactive and driven Operations Specialist who wants to deliver world-class service, drive change, help build a better way of moving global freight and is ready to grow into a senior role. You’ll own and coordinate day-to-day freight operations, with a focus on service, efficiency and innovation. Coordinating full end-to-end air and sea freight operations (import/export) Liaising extensively with customers and carriers Preparing shipments for invoicing and ensuring accurate documentation Supporting quotations and sales (where required) Partnering with our product team to help build tools that improve your workflow and our customer experience Managing interactions with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
