Our client is currently seeking experienced Underground Electricians for FIFO work in the goldfields in WA. This role involves the maintenance of underground electrical infrastructure and will operate on a 2:2 roster (7 days / 7 nights). This is a 6-month contract with potential for ongoing work. What’s in it for you? •Competitive rates NS uplift • FIFO from Brisbane connecting flight to site • 2:2 roster – 7 days, 7 nights • Camp accommodation and meals provided • 6-month contract with potential for extension • Work with a respected WA gold producer What is needed to be considered? • Underground hard rock mining experience (non-negotiable) • Strong HV background • WA Electrical Licence (or willing to apply – no QLD mutual recognition) • Trade Certificate in Electrotechnology • National Police Clearance (within 3 months) or willing to obtain • HRWL, White Card • Working at Heights, Confined Space • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen What you’ll be working on Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across underground electrical systems, including: • HV/LV power distribution, MCCs, transformers • Ventilation fans and air management systems • Pump stations, conveyors, crushers • PLC/SCADA, gas detection & monitoring systems • Lighting, fire suppression, and emergency systems Why work with us?
