HealthWISE is seeking a motivated individual to join our Moree team, delivering culturally safe, person-centred care to Aboriginal people. This role supports access to health care, delivers clinical services, and promotes education to improve long-term health outcomes in the region. About the Role: Deliver culturally appropriate clinical care and health promotion Assist clients with access to GPs, allied health, and specialist services Provide preventative health education and chronic disease management Support and advocate for clients and their families Work collaboratively with the broader HealthWISE team and community About You: Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Hold a Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Registered with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practice Board Strong understanding of Aboriginal health issues Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills Willingness to travel, work flexibly and contribute to community programs This is an Identified Position.
