As a Lead Educator, you’ll collaborate with a passionate team and our supportive Director to deliver high-quality early learning experiences in our Toddler Room. Permanent Full Time | Toddler Room | 40 hours a week with monthly RDO In this role, you will: Co-create a supportive, play-based learning environment where each child (6 weeks to 5 years) is seen, heard, and respected. Partner closely with families and the local community, nurturing strong, meaningful relationships . Collaborate with our passionate Director, Jackie, in a setting that prioritises professional growth, reflective practice , and evidence-informed teaching . Design and deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Support children’s growth in empathy, autonomy, social skills, and self-regulation Foster a calm, inclusive learning environment where children feel safe and empowered Actively engage in reflective practice and contribute to continuous improvement within your team and the wider C&K community Why Join C&K Middlemount?
