Due to ongoing growth, our Change Management division is seeking a new team member based in the Miranda Head Office. Reporting to an experienced Change Management Lead, the role will support the identification and articulation of client needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver training during implementation. The role will suit someone with a good understanding of the construction industry, systems and compliance requirements, and a proven ability to work with clients and senior stakeholders, including training and presentations. Your responsibilities: · Work alongside the Implementation Team Leader to understand the clients needs and support the development of scopes, reports and plans to achieve the project objectives. · Assist the Change Management Leader to provide strategic advice to ensure a fit for purpose solution to the Client · Prepare and Deliver Training associated with the clients needs and the solution implemented. In addition, continuously use feedback to continuously improve training materials. · Collaborate with your team and prepare manuals, flowcharts and procedure documents for management systems, including quality, health, safety and environmental management. · Within your first three months, you will be fully up to speed with VG Project Group, systems and process and you will be working effectively as part of the Project Team in a number of Projects · You will run workshops, document user requirements, design solutions with the support of the Implementation Team Leader · 12 months and beyond, you will have the ability to perform scoping sessions independently, provide advice and perform training without the support of the Project Director. · Gather feedback on sessions from attendees for improving future content and presentation. · Adjust presentations to accommodate the needs of the audience · Report writing and consultancy advice Some skills/attributes/experiences that are important are: · About 5 years of experience with related Construction Financial Systems such as Procore, Cheops, JobPac, SIMPRO, BuilderTrend and so on · Financial knowledge ( You will be trained by the Director to understand the business necessity) · Understanding of Construction systems and WHSEQ compliance. · Ability to rapidly learn and understand IT solutions and platforms. · Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate and discuss technical information to various audiences. · Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels, including presentation and/ or training skills. · Confident to deliver presentations and training and act as the face of the company (you will be trained on the way the training session needs to be performed by the Project Director itself) · Advanced Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint which includes ability to create macros. · Proven data analytic skills · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work both autonomously and as part of a team · Strong organisational and prioritisation skills and a keen eye for detail · Ability to work in a high paced, fluid and complex environment · Interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport rapidly · Problem-solving and critical thinking skills · Self-directed and collaborative · Proven experience in a similar or relevant role within Australia · Be willing to travel within Australia This role can offer excellent exposure and experience, and long-term career development within a growing organisation for the right candidate.
