Position Overview The Engineering Lifecycle Systems Manager will lead the strategic implementation and ongoing administration of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This role combines enterprise infrastructure expertise with engineering process knowledge to optimize product development workflows, ensure data integrity, and enable cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary administrator for PLM, PDM, ERP, and MES systems Define system architecture and integration strategies between enterprise applications Manage system upgrades, configurations, and performance optimization Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures Provide advisory support on engineering change request (ECR) processes and release workflows Define and manage CAD BOM to Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) translation processes Support manufacturing and production control system workflows Set strategic direction for engineering systems and tools roadmap Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Systems, or related field 5 years experience with PLM/PDM systems (Duro, Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, or similar) Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MES platforms (ION os similar) Experience with engineering change management processes and strong process development skills Understanding of CAD data management, BOM structures, new product introduction (NPI) processes, and manufacturing/supply chain operations Experience in production of electro-mechanical products and systems.
