What You’ll Be Doing: Greeting clients and handling incoming phone and email enquiries with warmth and professionalism Maintaining an organised and welcoming front office environment Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team Coordinating scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications Assisting with basic finance admin tasks Supporting basic HR admin functions (e.g. onboarding forms, updating employee records, interview scheduling) What We’re Looking For: A kind and professional nature, with excellent communication skills Solid administration or reception experience and a proactive mindset Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Comfortable using modern systems, email, and scheduling tools A team player who’s happy to support wherever needed Why Join Top Centre Laundry?
