As a valued member of our clinical team, you will be pivotal in supporting the Registered Nurses and other clinical staff with the delivery of safe, high quality and contemporary clinical care to our residents. You will play an important role ensuring a resident-centric approach and high level of care and support is provided to our residents at all times. To thrive in this role, you will have: Provision of hands-on care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Delivering thorough assessments, ensuring exceptional reporting, and contributing to comprehensive care plan evaluations for residents. Provide quality resident care in accordance with current care plans. To promote best practice interventions that will lead to positive health outcomes. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Recent experience in caring for high care and dementia residents National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
