We’re currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team at Phil Munday's Panel Works in Kilsyth . This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday – no weekends!) for a motivated and professional individual who will support our team and managers with administrative tasks while providing outstanding service and repair updates to our valued customers. Please note: Applicants must have previous experience in the automotive, collision repair, or related industry. Industry experience is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Creating a welcoming and professional environment for customers Greeting customers on arrival and ensuring a positive experience Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process Providing accurate updates on vehicle repair timelines and completion Following up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction Managing email and phone communication effectively Supporting management with inventory coordination (parts, paint, consumables, etc.) Liaising with insurance companies regarding claims and repairs About You MUST have previous experience in the automotive or collision repair industry Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role Highly professional and personable, with excellent relationship-building skills Strong computer skills and systems knowledge Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset What’s in it for you?
