What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support mobility, daily living, falls prevention, equipment needs, and more. Deliver hands-on therapy interventions, pain management, and care plan reviews. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve resident-centred outcomes.
