We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission and growth. About the Role: As our Office Manager, you will play a central role in keeping the business running efficiently. You’ll take responsibility for the overall coordination of office activities and resources, supporting both operational and administrative functions across the team. From managing workflows and staff support, to budget oversight and reporting, this is a varied and hands-on role with plenty of scope to make an impact. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Leading the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a productive, well-supported environment Developing, refining, and maintaining internal systems, workflows, and procedures to support smooth business operations Overseeing and supporting office staff, allocating responsibilities, and ensuring key tasks are completed on time and to standard Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with business correspondence and documentation Taking ownership of record-keeping, data management, and general compliance with internal processes Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and equipment, and liaising with service providers where needed Monitoring office expenses, working within budgets, and supporting cost control measures Helping ensure workplace health, safety, and wellbeing standards are upheld Providing high-level administrative support to management and assisting in the delivery of key business initiatives Essential Criteria: A minimum Diploma-level qualification in Business Administration or a related field A t least three years of relevant, full-time professional experience in office management or a senior administrative role Strong proficiency in administrative systems and general office operations Demonstrated experience in supervising staff, managing workflows, and coordinating resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting, and compliance obligations Strong understanding of workplace health and safety principles High level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a similar office management or senior administrative role Confidence in supporting and coordinating a small team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and systems A proactive and professional approach to work Knowledge of the Fire Safety and Electrical Industry Why Work with Us?
