This role is available on a contract basis until September 2025 , offering a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $45 to $47 , depending on experience. The Business Support Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial and procurement processes within the organisation. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a high-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process purchase orders in line with internal procurement policies. Manage finance and procurement activities including: Raising requisitions Billing and invoicing Receipting and purchasing Contract and order management Travel bookings and expense processing Receive stock and match invoices against deliveries and purchase orders. Process financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness. Oversee the management of consumables, including: Inventory control Order forecasting and placement Stocktaking and reporting Usage tracking and budget alignment Key Requirements Prior experience in a similar administrative, finance, or procurement support role.
