Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and other café beverages to order • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café area, including coffee machine upkeep • Provide friendly and engaging service to both hotel guests and external visitors • Assist with food service including light meals, pastries, and snacks • Support café operations including opening/closing duties and stock rotation • Upsell daily specials and menu items where appropriate • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
