Description About the position: We are seeking a detail orientated and organised Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Burleigh Heads. You will partner closely with various departments to provide financial insights, analysis and support Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, bridging the gap between finance and the operational functions of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and establish regular rhythms for engagement. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key trends, issues, and opportunities. Conduct in-depth analysis of cost drivers and interpret and communicate them to business stakeholders. Review and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Skills And Experiences About you To be successful, you'll bring: Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role ideally within a manufacturing or agriculture industry. Strong communication skills and attention to detail Strong understanding of operational expense (OPEX) trends Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results.
