ABOUT THE ROLE As a Tele Interview Consultant, you’ll be the voice of the business - completing phone-based life insurance applications with accuracy, care, and professionalism. You'll build trust with advisers and clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s high service standards. This is a rare chance to take ownership of your own portfolio while working closely with underwriting, sales, and service teams to deliver an industry-leading experience. DUTIES Conduct phone-based tele-interviews with customers to complete life insurance applications Collect and document risk-related information with accuracy and empathy Build strong, ongoing relationships with financial advisers and support their application needs Ensure timely case completion in line with service level agreements Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, sales, and compliance Promote the company’s value proposition during adviser visits and touchpoints Support the Tele Bookings Consultant and contribute to a high-performing team culture Suggest process improvements to streamline the end-to-end application experience SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in life insurance (underwriting, new business, or similar) Exceptional phone manner and customer service skills Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities Familiarity with medical terminology (course or exposure preferred) Active listening skills with the ability to ask relevant, sensitive questions High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed BENEFITS Modern offices in Jolimont WFH flexibility, with additional flexibility benefits!
