We’re calling for a Retail Area Visual Merchandiser to be part of our new, refreshed vision, where you will play a pivotal role assisting our Victorian Team. This part-time role is a great opportunity to fast-track a career in Visual Merchandising. ABOUT THE ROLE: Applying/interpreting and implementing the Instore VM Guidelines In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards Bringing our product to life by executing flawless visual merchandising in line with concept manuals, VM updates, and brand directives Supporting new season launches, promotions and monthly set-ups Assisting in training new team members on visual standards and store layouts Work closely with the National Visual Merchandising Manager THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience in a similar in-store VM or Area VM role A flair for fashion and a strong eye for design and detail Confidence using VM guidelines and creative problem-solving skills A qualification or coursework in Visual Merchandising, Design or a related field (preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self-motivation, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage deadlines.
