Your Next Role Working closely with the Warehouse and Despatch Supervisor, you will play a key role in making sure our customers receive their products safely, efficiently, and right on schedule—keeping things running smoothly and on time every day. All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production. Lead an engaged team who have the tools, confidence, and support to make a difference Ensure shift or area production targets are consistently met – always with the customer in mind Work proactively with the right teams to identify and resolve breakdowns or faults efficiently Foster a culture of continuous improvement, partnering with others to drive safety, quality, and delivery outcomes Identify and implement solutions that improve plant efficiency in a timely manner Maintain high standards of housekeeping across your area through proactive daily practices. Tuan/Maryborough You will be based at our plant in the Tuan Forest, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region. This coastal town offers affordable living and is proudly home to Queensland’s greatest icons including K'gari. About you Experience leading a team, with a focus on coaching and supporting others Strong background in service delivery, planning, and customer relations (manufacturing experience is a bonus) Familiar with lean manufacturing or Just In Time (JIT) principles – helpful but not essential Willing to work flexible hours, including shift work when needed Hold a current first aid certificate or willing to get one Hold a forklift licence or open to obtaining one Enjoy working in a team and creating a positive, inclusive work environment Why Hyne Timber?
