Roving Residential Care Manager - Sydney Are you a passionate and experienced aged care leader looking for variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a real difference across multiple facilities? We are looking for a Roving Residential Care Manager to join an established and values-driven aged care provider based in Sydney. In this role, you will provide operational support and leadership across multiple residential aged care homes. This is a unique opportunity for a flexible, hands-on leader with a passion for aged care excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide interim leadership and operational oversight across sites as required Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes Support and mentor Facility Managers, Care Managers and wider care teams Identify gaps and implement continuous improvement plans and clinical frameworks.
