In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the full electronic product development lifecycle, taking projects from concept through to prototyping and seamless transfer to internal production . You'll engage with every aspect of the development process, working on a diverse array of client projects. While the current focus often involves industrial control systems and IoT data loggers , the nature of our clients means you'll encounter a broad spectrum of challenges and technologies. This role demands adaptability and a proactive approach , as project requirements can vary significantly. Ideally, you'll bring strong experience in developing a variety of electronic products. A solid mechanical skills background or mindset is highly desirable , as our product development includes mechanical integration such as 3D printing and CNC machining. Skills and experience Essential: Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Electronics & Electrical or Mechatronics). Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electronic product design and development. Strong proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout is essential. A strong commitment to 5S principles and maintaining a tidy, organised workspace. Highly Desirable: Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes . Experience with embedded coding (e.g., Embedded C), software development (e.g., Visual C#, Python), or data acquisition platforms (e.g., Labview) is a plus, but not essential. Experience with mechanical design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) for product enclosures. What's Next?
