The Opportunity Due to a strong pipeline of tenders, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join a close-knit estimating team of 4, reporting to the Estimating Manager. You’ll play a key role in end-to-end tender processes, contributing to bids up to $40M in value on some of NSW’s most recognisable projects. Your Role Will Include Full life-cycle estimating on facade projects (aluminium/glass) Tender compilation, coordination, and submission High-accuracy measurements and quantity take-offs Collaboration with design, delivery, and commercial teams What You Bring 2 years' estimating experience (facades or related trades essential) Strong understanding of construction methodology Proven ability to manage detailed and complex tender documentation Proficiency in Excel; Bluebeam skills highly desirable Exposure to curtain walls, cladding, glazing, windows/doors ideal Sharp attention to detail and great communication Why Join?
