Guide DSM-5 assessments, impairment thresholds, and eligibility decisions under WIRC reforms. Mentor peers on trauma-informed practice and contribute to sustainable, claimant-focused outcomes. Technical Managers (x2) Provide expert advice, coaching, and escalation support on complex and disputed claims. Lead technical reviews (52–130 weeks), scheme compliance, and legislative interpretation. Deliver team training and help translate reform into practical, frontline action.
