Why You’ll Love This Role Stable Hours : Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM–3:00 PM (38-hour week) Great Pay : $103K incl. super regular overtime (usually Saturdays) Supportive Team : Work alongside 3 Fitters and 40 Operators Autonomy : Be the go-to Electrician—own your space and make it better Your Day-to-Day Kickstart the plant each morning and troubleshoot any electrical issues Respond to breakdowns and faults across the facility Lead small projects, upgrades, and continuous improvements Maintain lighting, security systems, and general electrical infrastructure Fault-find and resolve issues on PLCs and control systems Support hydraulic and pneumatic systems (control side) Carry out statutory testing: RCDs, test & tag, emergency lighting What You Bring Solid experience in a manufacturing environment Strong PLC fault-finding skills Confidence to work independently and manage your own workload Ability to coordinate contractors and order parts as needed Licences & Tickets QLD Electrical Licence EWP Licence Who You Are You’re a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
