Solution Design and Integration: Design and integrate CX solutions addressing end-to-end service provider needs, including hardware, software, and services. Deep knowledge of SP related HW/SW technology, AI, cloud, managed services, IP transport, automation, and service delivery practices is required. Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate across different teams within CX and Cisco to develop innovative solutions using diverse technologies. Advisory Role: Identify and solve complex architectural challenges faced by service provider customers, understanding various SP architectures and industry solutions. Technical Expertise: Translate complex requirements into secure, reliable, and scalable solutions, demonstrating high technical proficiency. Engineering Excellence: Ensure engineering practices meet high standards for quality and scalability, with solutions that are repeatable. Communication and Relationship Building: Build trust with customers and partners through excellent communication and relationship management. Who You'll Work With Work closely with Cisco's CX team to assist customers in deploying and managing SP solutions, ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Who You Are BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS/PhD in relevant fields with 15 years of Service Provider experience. Deep expertise in SP technologies, with hands-on experience in select areas like Transport, Core, Mobility. Active in industry forums, with strong customer consulting skills in pre-sales and delivery. Experience with large solution delivery, Agile, CI/CD, automation, and open source contributions.
