They are regularly retained for superior court appeals and are recognised as a first-tier firm in Doyle’s Guide. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Criminal Defence Litigation Solicitor, you’ll support and lead defence litigation matters across institutional liability, professional misconduct and disciplinary proceedings, developing and expanding your practice at every stage. Conduct legal research and draft strategic advices on complex regulatory matters. Assist with case preparation, briefs and trial documentation. Collaborate with senior lawyers and barristers on superior court trials and appeals. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years PQE in litigation focusing on institutional liability, professional misconduct or administrative/disciplinary proceedings.
