Create a memorable experience for our customers by delivering the best customer service experience Manage customer relationships and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders Accurately entering customer details into databases and various client portals. Managed email in-box and respond in a timely manner Complete basic document submissions, reports and quotations using set templates About You: Strong customers service background Drive, energy and a can-do attitude Willing to learn and looking for a career Confident and professional phone manner Have experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and achieve goals Strong computer literacy in MS Office and databases.
