As our new Manufacturing Projects Coordinator , you'll be the powerhouse behind the seamless execution of complex, high-value projects from initial client enquiry through to the final delivery. You’ll be the glue between innovation, operations and client satisfaction. This full-time position is based at our Waroona facility , where some of our most critical and innovative manufacturing work takes place. About the Role This isn’t just coordination it’s leadership. You’ll take the reins on project planning, stakeholder engagement, compliance and continuous improvement. Your mission: ensure every project meets its scope, schedule, budget and quality targets while championing safety and elevating customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing Own and lead projects from quote to completion Prepare detailed scopes, BOMs and estimates Manage labour, equipment, materials and schedules Track budgets, timelines, quality and scope with laser focus Liaise weekly with customers, keeping them informed and confident Drive issue resolution and warranty follow-ups post-delivery Champion compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company procedures Document project progress, risks and corrective actions Embrace digital platforms to streamline workflows Collaborate across engineering, workshop, logistics and procurement Lead with a visible safety-first attitude every step of the way About Your Experience Essential: Certificate IV in Project Management (or equivalent) At least 5 years’ experience coordinating manufacturing projects Exceptional client-facing and communication skills Solid understanding of procurement, budgeting and compliance Competency in Microsoft Office, MYOB EXO, MS Project and Dynamics Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders Valid ‘C’ class driver’s licence Desirable: Trade qualification in metal fabrication Experience with heavy fabrication or earthmoving attachments Formal training in project planning methodologies Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and digital systems like M-Files Why Work for Schlam?
